At MicroPerfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, sample vials and travel sprays must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
